Low Season (01/04 - 30/4 & 01/10 - 15/11): For any cancellation 5 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees.
Any cancellation in less than 5 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fees will be applied.
Middle Season (01/05 - 30/06 & 11/09 - 30/09): For any cancellation 10 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees.
Any cancellation in less than 10 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fees will be applied.
High Season (01/07 - 10/09): For any cancellation 21 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fees.
Any cancellation in less than 21 days prior to arrival, 50% cancellation fees will be applied.
In case of No-Show or Early Departure, 100% of cancellation fees will be applied.
Guarantee Policy
No deposit will be charged.
Children Policy
All childrens are welcome.
Children 0-4 years old: Free of charge sharing parents room. Baby cot is free of charge.
Extra Bed Supplement (only in Triple room): 20 Euros per night.
Maximum capacity of extra beds / babycots in a room is 1.

In a good location....very close to the centre of the town but in the same time in a easy spot. Everything it was more the nice.... I recommend to everyone...and everybody. Demitri (the owner) greeted us with drinks upon our arrival and offered to drive us anywhere we might need for supplies (we had to decline as we didn't need anything). Our room was perfect with a double bed, balcony with an ocean view, private bathroom and a small kitchen. The building is located very close to the Fira town centre, about a 5 minute walk from everything (bars, restaurants, markets, bus terminal etc.). I would definitely recommend Anessis to anyone! | 5 |
